Shipping Information:

For a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $300.

Shipping Rates:
Free Shipping for all orders over $300.
Currently we are offering a Free Shipping Promotion for all orders over $300. If your order totals over $300, your order automatically qualifies for free shipping. There are items that qualify for free shipping even if they are less than $300. These items will be clearly marked with the "free shipping on this item" logo. If your order is less than $300, you will see the shipping rate on the checkout page.

Please note that orders may be shipped either by UPS or by LTL - Trucking company delivery. If your order is shipped via LTL-trucking, please note that it is a "curbside" delivery. The trucking company will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery to your home. Because it is a curbside service, please note that the driver will not bring it into your home. Please note that if you wish to return your order, the actual outbound shipping costs (shipping cost to ship your order to your home) will not be refunded.

Shipping Lead Time:
Shipping lead times vary with different manufacturers. Each item will show the approximate shipping time noted under the price. For example, Maxtrix products generally only take about 1 to 2 weeks to ship from our warehouse. Berg Furniture can take about 2 to 3 weeks. Lea can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks or 6 to 8 weeks. Once the items leave our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse, it can take anywhere from 5 to 12 days to arrive at your home. Smaller orders that ship by UPS Ground will take about 5 to 6 days to arrive at your home.

Shipping Method:
At this time we can only offer standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Your order will ship either on a truck line (LTL or common carrier trucking) or by standard UPS Ground as long as the dimensions of the items do not exceed UPS shipping regulations. If your order ships by Truck line, we will send you an e-mail with a Waybill# and information on how to check the progress of your shipment. If your order ships by UPS, we will e-mail you the UPS tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

Receiving your shipment:
When you receive your order, please make sure that all of the packages look like they are in good condition. Any shipping damages which may have occurred in transit must be noted with the carrier. This is especially important for Truck line shipping. If your order is shipped via UPS, please retain all of the outside packaging materials. We take care to double box and pad each item that ships via UPS but if there are any "hidden" damages, UPS requires that all of the outside packaging is kept and not discarded. Once you have had a chance to inspect all the items, then it is safe to discard all of the cardboard. If there are any damages, please contact us immediately. Returns:
You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days for any reason. Please note that even though we offer free shipping on orders over $300, the actual outbound shipping (shipping paid by us to ship the order to you) is not refundable so this amount will be deducted from your credit once we receive your return. Also, you must ship your return items prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the items back to us.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you must cancel the order within 48 hours. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

In order to return your item to us, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail and provide us with the order date and order number and the last name on the order. One of our associates will give you a (RA#) return authorization number and also instructions on how to return the items to us. Once you receive your RA#, please carefully pack the items and ship insured using the carrier of your choice. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

Any item that has been assembled or modifed cannot be returned for any reason.
