The Kids Headquarters ‘New Generation’ lofts are a terrifically fun
bedroom storage and sleeping solution. These lofts include a variety of
configurations of under-bed storage, study & entertainment. The
loft body includes a full size bed up top, our signature 5 stair access
and pillared legs with corner shelves built-in for display.
Kids Headquarters is available in 5 finishes; natural, white, nutmeg,
chestnut and brandy, and with an accent color. Accents are available in
hot pink, yellow brush, purple brush, red brush, blue brush, antique
brush, navy legacy and onyx oxide.

is from the floor to the top of the loft bed. The width is the same as
the length of the bed. The depth is from the front of the bed to the
back.

Mattress Height Restriction:
Berg recommends a maximum mattress thickness of 7" on this bed.

Shipping Time:
The Berg HQ-2
full size loft bed is customized for every customer and it takes about
2 to 3 weeks to manufacture from the time of order. Once the item is
ready from the manufacturer, it will ship via a white glove carrier and
usually takes about 7 to 12 days to arrive at your home. Once the item
ships, we will send you an e-mail with information to track the status
of your order.

Berg Furniture is based right here in our home state of New Jersey. BERG FURNITURE, family owned and operated was
established in 1984. Its first furniture line, the Rainbow Collection,
was modern, sleek and modular and was sold at an affordable price. The
original sales market was in the New York metropolitan area. Within a
short period of time, the innovative style caught on and consumers and
retail stores alike embraced the collection. The sales market began to
grow and the company expanded. More furniture lines were added, as well
as distribution facilities in Florida and Illinois.
In
1990 Berg Furniture outgrew its location in Passaic, NJ and moved to a
new facility in Hillside, NJ. By that time, Berg Furniture had
diversified into the adult furniture market and expanded production.
In
1995 a decision was made to concentrate and specialize in children’s
furniture and drop all other projects. New and interesting products
were created. Space-saving items were introduced and new color programs
initiated. As was the case from the beginning, the emphasis on new
items is quality, practicality, functionality, color options and
diversity of materials.
Today, Berg
Furniture sells to specialty stores, as well as furniture stores, all
over the USA, Hawaii & Puerto Rico offering a wide variety of
furniture for infants to teens. Our collections are innovative, fresh,
colorful, exciting, and always at moderate prices.
Due to continuous growth, the company outgrew its facility in Hillside.
In June 2004, Berg Furniture relocated to its present location in
Barrington, N.J. “Kids are Special, make their rooms special too” ™
became the motto of the company.
Assembly Info:
This bed requires assembly in the room where you will be using it. Once assembled, it is fairly difficult to move around so please make sure that you place this item in the position that you are planning on keeping it for a long time.

This is a very unique full size loft bed. It has been a very popular item in our showroom. The one this I would like to comment on is that it is a very large piece and in some smaller rooms, it may be too overwhelming. I usually suggest to our customers that the minimum size room you should have for this bed to make sense is really a 10' x 13' room at a minimum. also, you need to assemble this bed against a flat wall with no windows so make sure to measure out the room and also measure where the windows and doors are. As far as color accents are concerned, I like the accents on the Berg HQ loft bed but for decorating, it does get a little tricky sometimes. Some customers have told us that it looks nicer all in one color and then they can accessorize it by adding fun themed knobs of their own to give the loft bed a unique look. Please call us if you have any questions before ordering. This is a bed that you definitely want to make sure that it works for you before ordering.
